“Construction of a new registered office and development of the premises of PSE S.A. in Radom” – selection of the bid of Budimex S.A.
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that it has been informed of the selection of the bid of Budimex S.A. by Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne Spółka Akcyjna (PSE S.A.) as the most advantageous one in the public procurement procedure conducted in the form of a restricted tender for: “Construction of a new registered office and development of the premises of PSE S.A. in Radom”
Bid value: PLN 389,430,000.00 net
Works commencement date: from the contract date
Works completion date: 24 months from the contract date
Guarantee period:
a) 5 years for the formal documentation, equipment, materials, works and services carried out under the Contract;
b) 10 years for the building façades, including window and door joinery, roofs (including roofing, its tightness and roof flashing);
c) 15 years for the structure (including structural integrity), expansion joints.
Statutory warranty period: equal to the guarantee period
Advance payment: n/a
Payment terms: payment deadline – 30 days from the day of delivery of a correctly issued VAT invoice to the Ordering Party by the Contractor.
Bank performance bond: 10% of gross remuneration.
Maximum amount of contractual penalty paid by the Contractor: 15% of net remuneration.
Charging the contractual penalty stipulated in the Contract does not deprive the Ordering Party of the right to claim compensation on general terms.
Other terms and conditions of the contract do not differ from the market standards.
The bid value exceeds the threshold of PLN 167,645 thousand net.
