Recommendation of dividend payment for 2022
Management Board of Budimex S.A. with reference to the report No. 12/2023 of February 27, 2023, informs that he decided to recommend to the Ordinary General Meeting in 2023 to decide on the payment of dividend in the amount of PLN 17.99 (in words: seventeen zlotys and ninety-nine groszy) gross per share.
It is proposed to allocate part of the net profit for the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 in the amount of PLN 459,286,463.02 (in words: four hundred and fifty nine million two hundred and eighty six thousand four hundred and sixty three zlotys and two grosz) for the dividend. The remaining part of the profit in the amount of PLN 252,085.37 (in words: two hundred fifty two thousand eighty five zlotys and thirty seven groszy) is proposed to be allocated to supplementary capital.
It is recommended to pay the dividend to all shares of Budimex SA, i.e. 25,530,098 (in words: twenty-five million five hundred and thirty thousand ninety-eight) shares.
Management Board of Budimex S.A. proposes to set the dividend day, i.e. the date of determining the list of shareholders entitled to dividend for 2022, to May 25, 2023, and the dividend payment date is proposed to be June 5, 2023.
Management Board of Budimex S.A. presents this recommendation based on the data contained in the above-mentioned report No. 12/2023 of February 27, 2023 and indicates that, in accordance with earlier information, the report for 2022 together with the audit report will be published on March 31, 2023.
