Construction works at Gdynia Port railway station as part of the Project entitled “Improvement of railway access to the sea port in Gdynia” - signature of annex 5 to the contract
With reference to current report No 38/2019 of 24 June 2019, the Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that it has been informed about the signing of Annex 5 to the contract concluded with PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. for the execution of the investment task entitled “Construction works at Gdynia Port railway station as part of the Project entitled “Improvement of railway access to the sea port in Gdynia”.
Value of annex 5: PLN 275,444,520.00 net
Total value of signed annexes 4 and 5: PLN 395,901,314.65 net
Value of the aforementioned contract with the annexes: PLN 1,883,306,606.01 net
Works commencement date: date of conclusion of Annex 5 by and between the Ordering Party and the Contractor.
Date of completion of the works covered by the contract, as amended by subsequent annexes: 31 August 2023
Guarantee period for main works, statutory warranty period, as well as financial terms and conditions of the original Contract remain unchanged.
Other terms and conditions of the contract do not differ from the market standards.
The value of all signed annexes exceeds 20% of the value of the aforementioned contract.
