“Construction of a gas and oil boiler house with auxiliary systems and balance of plant equipment, as well as connections to Kawęczyn CHP Plant infrastructure” – conclusion of an annex to the contract
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 04.05.2022 it became aware of the conclusion of annex No 1 to the contract “Construction of a gas and oil boiler house with auxiliary systems and balance of plant equipment, as well as connections to Kawęczyn CHP Plant infrastructure” between PGNiG TERMIKA Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw (03-216) at ul. Modlińskia 15 and Budimex S.A.
In the last 12 months, the total value of orders with the same Ordering Party, including the aforementioned contract and annex No 1, amounted to net. PLN 164,390,000.00 net.
Terms of the highest-valued contract:
Contract value: PLN 156,243,000.00 net
Works commencement date: from the contract date
Works completion date: 30.10.2024
Guarantee period: 36 months for the supply of equipment and 60 months for construction works
Warranty period: 36 months from the date of commissioning of the plant
Advance payment: 10%
Payment terms: payments in accordance with the Payment Schedule, 30 days from the day of delivery of a correctly issued VAT invoice to the Ordering Party by the Contractor
Bank performance bond: 10% of gross contractual remuneration
Maximum total value of contractual penalties payable by the Contractor: 30% of gross contractual remuneration
The Ordering Party shall have the right to claim, on general terms, additional compensation in excess of the contractual penalties stipulated in the contract.
Other terms and conditions of the contract do not differ from the market standards.
The value of the contract together with the signed annex exceeds the threshold of PLN 158,224 thousand net.
