Construction of the Racibórz-Pszczyna Regional Road - completion of the southern bypass of Rybnik along provincial road DW935 in Rybnik – signing of the contract
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 17 May 2023 the contract has been signed between the City of Rybnik and Budimex S.A for: Construction of the Racibórz-Pszczyna Regional Road – completion of the southern bypass of Rybnik along provincial road DW935 in Rybnik.
The information that our bid was rated the highest in the tender procedure and that our bid was selected as the most advantageous one was published on 31 March 2023 in the current report no. 22/2023 and 28 April 2023 in the current report no. 29/2023.
Contract value: PLN 218,012,270.80 net
Works commencement date: from the date of signing the contract
Works completion date: 21 months from the contract date (winter periods are included)
Guarantee period: maximum 120 months
Warranty period: the period of warranty for defects is equal to the offered guarantee
Advance payment: none
Payment terms: 30 or 35 days from the date of delivery of a correctly issued VAT invoice to the Ordering Party by the Contractor, depending on the source of financing of the project
Bank performance bond: 5% of gross remuneration
Relevant terms and conditions of the contract which are characteristic of this contract, in particular those which differ from the terms and conditions commonly used for the type of contracts: Investment co-financed by the Polish Deal programme and the Government Road Development Fund
The total amount of contractual penalties which the Ordering Party may impose on the Contractor must not exceed 60% of the total gross contractual remuneration.
The Ordering Party may claim supplemental damages in accordance with general rules.
Other terms and conditions of the contract do not differ from the market standards.
The contract value exceeds the threshold of PLN 172,381 thousand net.
