Annex to the agreement with Pekao Leasing Sp. z o.o.
The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 1 August 2023 it was informed about “PEKAO LEASING” Sp. z o.o.’s signature of an annex to the Agreement on granting a leasing limit of 8 July 2016, the conclusion of and amendments to which were communicated by the company in current reports: No 53/2016 of 18 July 2016, No 24/2018 of 24 April 2018, No 3/2019 of 14 January 2019, No 5/2020 of 20 January 2020, No 6/2021 of 21 January 2021 and No 3/2022 of 19 January 2022.
Under the annex the validity of the limit was extended until 31 December 2023.
Other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
