Change in the date of submission of half-year report

With reference to the current report no. 4/2022 of 21 January 2022, the Management Board of Budimex SA informs that the date of publication of the consolidated report of the Budimex Group for the first half of 2022 has changed.

The consolidated half-year report containing the half-year condensed financial statements of Budimex SA will be published on 1 September 2022.
