Decision of the Management Board of Budimex S.A. on the intention to pay the interim dividend for 2021
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. informs that it has decided to pay the interim dividend for 2021 up to the amount of half of the profit generated since the beginning of the year, which will be disclosed in the separate financial statement of Budimex S.A. for the first half of 2021 audited by an independent certified auditor. The amount of the interim dividend, the vesting date to receive the interim dividend, and the date of payment will be announced upon the preparation of the aforementioned statement and on the basis of it, which should take place by 30 September 2021. At the same time, the Management Board informs that the Supervisory Board of Budimex S.A. has selected Ernst & Young Audyt Polska spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp. k. as the independent certified auditor to audit the aforesaid semi-annual financial statement.
