Development of detailed designs and execution of civil works for phase I of the project entitled “Works on the E75 line along the Białystok – Suwałki – Trakiszki section, stage I – Białystok – Ełk section” - signing of the contract
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 26 August 2021 the contract has been concluded between Budimex S.A. and PKP PLK S.A. on Development of detailed designs and execution of civil works for phase I of the project entitled “Works on the E75 line along the Białystok – Suwałki – Trakiszki (state border) section, stage I – Białystok – Ełk section”.
The information that our bid was selected as the most advantageous one was published on 1 June 2021 in current report No 51/2021.
Bid value: PLN 586,991,869.92 net.
Works commencement date: the commencement date shall be the day following the signature of the contract by the other party
Works completion date: 28 months from the Commencement Date
Guarantee period: 60 months
Statutory warranty period: 60 months
Advance payment: 10% of the Accepted Contract Amount for the basic scope less the gross value of the Conditional Amount
Payment terms: 30 days from the day of delivery of a correct VAT invoice to the Ordering Party by the Contractor
Bank performance bond: 5% of the total gross price.
Maximum amount of contractual penalty paid by the Contractor: 30% of works net value
The Ordering Party reserves the right to seek damages under general applicable rules if the amount of loss sustained exceeds the amount of the stipulated penalty.
Other terms and conditions of the contract do not differ from the market standards.
The bid value exceeds the threshold of PLN 167,645 thousand net.
