With reference to current report No 2/2022 of 12 January 2022, the Management Board of Budimex S.A. informs that it has received information about the cancellation of the procedure referred to above-mentioned report. The Ordering Party has informed that it has proceeded to repeat the examination and evaluation of bids. The above information has no impact on the Company’s current results.
