Design and construction of S10 Bydgoszcz-Toruń express road, section 1 from Bydgoszcz Południe junction to Emilianowo junction along with the extension of DK 25 – bid of Budimex SA evaluated the highest
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 23 September 2021 the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, Bydgoszcz Branch, informed the Company that its bid had been evaluated the highest in the tender procedure for the Design and construction of S10 Bydgoszcz-Toruń express road, section 1 from Bydgoszcz Południe junction to Emilianowo junction along with the extension of DK 25.
The aforementioned information does not mean selecting the bid of Budimex S.A. as the most advantageous one, because the procedure concerning the bid evaluation has not yet been finally completed.
Bid value: PLN 333,216,700.00 net
Contract commencement date: from the date of conclusion of the contract
Works completion date: 45 months from the Commencement Date
Guarantee period for the main works: 10 years
Warranty period: 60 months from the date indicated in the Work Acceptance Certificate
Advance payment: maximum 10% of the Accepted Gross Contract Amount
Terms of payment: 30 days from the day of delivery of a correctly issued VAT invoice to the Ordering Party by the Contractor
Bank performance bond: 10% of the Accepted Gross Contract Amount
Maximum amount of contractual penalty paid by the Contractor: 20% of the Accepted Gross Contract Amount
The Ordering Party may seek compensation under general rules if the amount of damage exceeds the amount of the stipulated penalty.
Other terms and conditions of the contract do not differ from the market standards.
The bid value exceeds the threshold of PLN 167,645 thousand net.
