Motion of a Member of the Management Board of Budimex S.A. to dismiss him from the Management Board
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. informs that Mr Cezary Mączka – Member of the Management Board of Budimex S.A. submitted a motion for his dismissal from the Management Board on 31 December 2021. As the reason for submitting the above motion, he indicated his intention to continue his professional career on foreign markets.
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. explains that the next meeting of the Supervisory Board of Budimex S.A. is scheduled for 9 December 2021.
