Decision of the Supervisory Board in connection with further procedural steps against the President of the Management Board of FBSerwis S.A.
With reference to Report No 06/2023 of 02 February 2023 and No 08/2023 of 03 February 2023, the Management Board of Budimex S.A. informs that the Supervisory Board of FBSerwis S.A. has decided to suspend the President of the Management Board of FBSerwis S.A.in his duties for a period of 2 months. The same decision was taken by the Supervisory Board of Budimex S.A.
