Maciej Olek

Maciej Olek is a graduate of the Faculty of Construction at Wrocław University of Technology. He is certified in project management by PMI and George Washington University. He has been working in the construction industry for more than 20 years and has participated in the implementation of major construction projects also outside Poland. In 2001-2007, he worked for NCC Polska on the A2 motorway and on the Citytunnel project in Malmo (Sweden), where he was deputy project manager. In 2008-2009, he implemented the S3 expressway. Since 2010 he has been involved with Budimex S.A., first in the role of site manager, then contract manager and director. Since autumn 2014, he has been responsible for building Budimex S.A.’s competence in the field of railway construction first in the role of District Director, then Branch Director, and from May 2020 in the role of Director of Railway Construction.
According to the submitted statement, Maciej Olek does not conduct any business activity competitive to the business of Budimex S.A., he does not own interest in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, a partnership or a capital company, he does not own interest in a competitive legal person as a member of its bodies, and he is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, kept under the provisions of the Act on the National Court Register.
