In the opinion of construction subcontractors, Budimex has been recognised as the company ensuring the best cooperation conditions. This is according to a survey published in June, which was conducted in the first quarter of this year by ASM Centre for Market Analysis and Research.
In the survey participated by over 300 companies from all over the country, Budimex was ranked first among the top ten general contractors, first among those recommended as a partner for cooperation, as well as the best partner in terms of financial and payment terms.
“We are extremely proud of the fact that we have once again been positively evaluated by the market. From our perspective, this is a very high distinction, which shows trust and recognition among our partners. On our construction sites, we cooperate mostly with Polish local companies. There are more than 50,000 subcontractors and suppliers. In total, more than 20 thousand people work on our construction sites at realisation of each investment; for many years, we have been making every effort to ensure that our subcontractors develop along with us,” says Artur Popko, President of Budimex S.A.
Cooperation with an experienced and respected general contractor undoubtedly significantly increases the level of financial security of subcontractors.

The survey is organised by ASM – Market Research and Analysis Centre, a Polish company with the status of a research and development centre. Since 2004, ASM has been carrying out nationwide surveys among several thousand contractors, and on the basis of the results it announces a ranking for several dozen categories. The ranking was created 18 years ago as the only research project in Poland with an independent character and wide range. The survey is based on spontaneous indications from contractors, without a given list of brands to choose from. Which makes the results fully objective and reliable. Budimex currently handles more than 190 contracts throughout Poland and cooperates with 50 thousand subcontractors.
