Sale of shares of Budimex SA by an entity closely related to a member of the Budimex SA Supervisory Board
The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 3 March 2011 the company was informed of the sale of shares of Budimex SA by an entity closely related to a Member of the Budimex SA Supervisory Board.
Transaction details:
1. During the trading session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 25 February 2011, 5,745 Budimex SA shares were sold at PLN 94.50 per share. The total value of the transaction was PLN 542,902.50.
2. During the trading session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on the 25 February 2011, 4,596 Budimex SA shares were sold at PLN 96.27 per share. The total transaction value was PLN 442,477.05
