Change in the date of submission of quarterly report
With reference to the current report no. 5/2023 of 18 January 2023, the Management Board of Budimex SA informs that the date of publication of the consolidated report of the Budimex Group for the first quarter of 2023 has changed.
The consolidated quarterly report containing quarterly financial statements of Budimex SA will be published on 10 May 2023.
The change of the report date results from the adaptation to the stock exchange reporting dates of the main shareholder – Ferrovial SA.
