CONSTRUCTION OF THE ROAD S10 SZCZECIN – PIŁA AT THE SECTION FROM THE END OF STARGARD RING ROAD TO THE BEGINNING OF PIŁA RING ROAD (WITH “KOSZYCE” JUNCTION), EXCLUDING WAŁCZ RING ROAD, SECTION 6: “ŁOWICZ WAŁECKI” JUNCTION (WITH THE JUNCTION) – “PIECNIK” JUNCTION (WITHOUT THE JUNCTION) – the bid of Budimex S.A. selected
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 13 March 2024, the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, Branch in Szczecin, selected the bid of Budimex S.A. as the most advantageous one in the tender procedure for: “Construction of the road S10 Szczecin – Piła at the section from the end of Stargard ring road to the beginning of Piła ring road (with “Koszyce” junction), excluding Wałcz ring road, section 6: “Łowicz Wałecki” junction (with the junction) – “Piecnik” junction (without the junction)”.
The information that our bid was ranked the highest in the tender procedure was published on 19 February 2024 in the current report No 14/2024.
Bid value: PLN 437,439,230.00 net
Works commencement date: from the date of contract conclusion by both parties
Works completion date: 39 months from the date of contract execution (the implementation time does not include winter periods)
Guarantee period for the main works: 15 years
Warranty period: 60 months from the date indicated in the Work Acceptance Certificate
Advance payment: from 1% to 10% of the Accepted Gross Contract Amount
Payment terms: within 30 days of the date of delivery of VAT invoices to the Ordering Party, issued for the amounts certified in Payment Certificates
Bank performance bond: 10% of the Accepted Gross Contract Amount
Maximum amount of contractual penalty paid by the Contractor: 20% of the Accepted Net Contract Amount
The Ordering Party reserves the right to demand supplemental damages in excess of contractual penalties up to the amount of actual loss that was incurred or could be incurred due to the non-performance or improper performance of the contract by the Contractor.
Other terms and conditions of the contract do not differ from the market standards.
The bid value exceeds the threshold of PLN 172,381 thousand net.
