Dates for publishing periodic financial statements in 2024
Pursuant to § 80(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by laws of a non-member state (“Regulation”), the Management Board of Budimex SA hereby informs about the dates for publishing periodic reports in 2024.
Pursuant to §62(1) and (3) of the Regulation, consolidated quarterly reports shall contain quarterly financial information referred to in § 62(1) of the Regulation, while a consolidated half-year report shall contain half-year condensed standalone financial statements referred to in § 62(3) of the Regulation. Therefore, in 2024, Budimex SA will not publish separate unconsolidated quarterly financial statements or separate unconsolidated half-year statements for the first half of 2024.
Pursuant to § 79(2) of the Regulation, Budimex SA will not publish a quarterly report or a consolidated quarterly report for the last quarter of 2023 and the second quarter of 2024.
Dates for publishing the reports:
1. Annual reports:
• annual report of Budimex SA for 2023 – 10 April 2024
• consolidated annual report of the Budimex Group for 2023 – 10 April 2024
2. Consolidated quarterly reports of the Budimex Group:
• for the first quarter of 2024 – 8 May 2024
• for the third quarter of 2024 – 28 October 2024
3. Consolidated report of the Budimex Group for the first half of 2024 – 23 August 2024
The Management Board also informs that due to the fact that Ferrovial SA (i.e. the dominant entity of Budimex SA) publishes consolidated financial statements containing financial data of the Budimex Group, selected financial data from the consolidated annual report of the Budimex Group for 2023 will be published on 26 February 2024, while selected financial data from the consolidated half-year report of the Budimex Group for the first half of 2024 will be published on 29 July 2024.
