Procedural steps against the President of the Management Board of FBSerwis S.A.
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. informs that, according to the information obtained from FBSerwis S.A., charges were brought against the President of the Management Board of FBSerwis S.A. in the proceedings of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Katowice. At this stage of the proceedings, according to the information obtained, the abovementioned person is still in detention, the procedural steps are in progress and there is no decision on possible remand pending trial.
The abovementioned Member of the Management Board of FBSerwis S.A. simultaneously holds the position of a Member of the Management Board of Budimex S.A.
