With reference to current report No 58/2023 of 29 September 2023 and current report No 64/2023 of 31 October 2023, the Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that it has received information about the cancellation of the selection procedure and the selection of the bid of Budimex S.A. again, as referred to in current report No 64/2023 of 31 October 2023.
