The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 14 February 2024, Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. selected the bid of Budimex S.A. as the most advantageous one in the tender procedure entitled: “Extension and modernisation of the Piła Krzewina station along with switching over the 400 kV line Piła Krzewina – Plewiska operating at a voltage of 220 kV to a voltage of 400 kV” – procedure No 2023/WNP-0223.
Bid value: PLN 188,722,000 net
Works commencement date: from the Contract date
Works completion date: 45 months from the Contract date (47 months if the Ordering Party exercises Option Right 1)
Guarantee period: 5 years
Warranty period: 5 years
Advance payment: 10%
Payment terms: 21 days from the day of delivery of a correctly issued VAT invoice to the Ordering Party by the Contractor
Bank performance bond: 5% of Remuneration including VAT
Maximum amount of contractual penalty paid by the Contractor: 20% of Remuneration
The Ordering Party reserves the right to seek damages under generally applicable rules if the amount of loss sustained exceeds the amount of the stipulated contractual penalty up to 100% of Remuneration.
Other terms and conditions of the Contract do not differ from the market standards.
The bid value exceeds the threshold of PLN 172,381 thousand net.
