Selected financial information of the Budimex Group of 2022
In connection with the publication of financial information by the holding entity of Budimex S.A., i.e. Ferrovial SA, the Management Board of Budimex SA hereby discloses to the general public some selected financial information from the consolidated financial statements of the Budimex Group, prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) of 2022 and the comparable figures of 2021.
Net revenue from sales of products, services, goods and materials: PLN 8,619,054 thousand as compared to PLN 7,911,192 thousand of 2021.
Gross profit on sales: PLN 872,443 thousand as compared to PLN 833,797 thousand of 2021.
Operating profit: PLN 562,427 thousand as compared to PLN 587,085 thousand of 2021.
Profit before tax: PLN 648,934 thousand as compared to PLN 554,496 thousand of 2021.
Net profit from continuing operations: PLN 548,129 thousand as compared to PLN 465,946 thousand of 2021.
Net profit from discontinued operations: PLN 0 thousand as compared to PLN 520,508 thousand of 2021.
Net profit: PLN 548,129 thousand as compared to PLN 986,454 thousand of 2021.
Net profit attributable to shareholders of the holding entity: PLN 534,443 thousand as compared to PLN 971,603 thousand of 2021.
Net profit of Budimex SA was PLN 459,539 thousand as compared to PLN 979,633 thousand of 2021.
The Budimex Group’s order book at the end of 2022 was PLN 13.29 billion compared to PLN 12.97 billion at the end of 2021.
The value of contracts signed by the Budimex Group in 2022 was PLN 7.88 billion as compared to PLN 7.00 billion of 2021.
The net cash position of the Budimex Group, including own cash less external financing sources, stood at PLN 3.1 billion as at 31 December 2022. As at 31 December 2021, the net cash position of the Budimex Group was PLN 2.6 billion.
